Mark’s Marine has always supported local community organizations and are participating in the Northwest Guardians Riders event coming up on September 12th at the Rathdrum City Park. This group is having a fund raiser that day, and has many different community efforts that they are involved in. I will be there with the new Thunder Jet Luxor on display, and I will be showing youngsters a variety of tackle, talk about the fishing opportunities in the area, and teach them how to tie a knot that they can use throughout their angling lives. There will be other fishing related displays and demonstrations in the park as well. The event will start at 10 a.m. and go until 5 p.m. There will be food and drinks available and music is also planned. There will be a free veterans raffle and a 50/50 raffle, too. I am looking forward to meeting area youth and their families and am glad to be able to represent Mark’s Marine and be part of an activity provided by the Northwest Guardian Riders. So, mark you calendars for September 12th and plan to be at Rathdrum Park for an enjoyable day.
