By Dave Graybill

I had a very busy week. I started off in Vancouver, Washington and then to Seattle to see my daughter. Next, I flew to Dallas Fort Worth, Texas and caught at flight to Belize City, Belize and another plane to Placentia. I was there to confirm my choice of Roberts Grove as the resort that I would be using for the group trip here next May. I also needed to find a guide service for the fishing we would be doing while there. I got this done and then I flew to Dangriga to check out the resorts in Hopkins for a possible trip in 2020. I was picked up in Dangriga by Elihue Usher and struck a deal with him to take me to my hotel, and then to Hopkins. He drove me down there and back and waited for me while I toured five different resorts. I spent the night in Dangriga and then caught a flight back to Placencia the next morning. Last Friday I was on a plane from Belize City to Miami and then on to Seattle. I arrived in Seattle at 1:30 a.m. I stayed in Issaquah that morning and drove home. It was fun but it’s nice to be back.
