By Eric Granstrom

For FishingMagician.com, I'm Eric Granstrom. Thank you for your feedback. I love how I can come to this place and begin a conversation with like-minded people and get excellent advice. For those of you who missed my last report, I'm thinking of buying a boat. I have one currently and it's been great, but it's a 20-foot 1978 Reinell, which is heavy and not perfect for fishing rivers or shallower lakes in our region. I've only had fiberglass boats, so I inquired about getting into aluminum. Thank you Michael, Derek, Tony, Steve, Arnie, Tim and Adam for your input. It's given me a lot to think about as I move forward. My wife said this (bleep) got real when I actually stopped by the bank this week to inquire about a loan. They came back and said yes and I have X amount of money with which to shop. I don't have enough money to go new, but enough to get a good, solid fishing boat between 19 and 24 feet and set up for salmon, trout and spiny ray fishing. I'll talk with the dealers at this weekend's Wenatchee Sportsmen's Show and keep looking. Until next time, Good Fishing!
