For FishingMagician.com, I'm Eric Granstrom. I was talking with an acquaintance I hadn't seen in a while last night and as we were catching up, he asked the proverbial "have you been fishing lately." Seems just about everyone knows I've teamed up with Graybill on these Fishing Magician reports by now and I'm always supposed to have a fish story for them. I told him Marion and I had just spent Memorial Day weekend camping on the boat and fishing Lake Roosevelt. He said something that really hit me. He said, "you're lucky to have a wife who supports your adventures." My response was that I have a hard time keeping up with her! But as I laid my head upon the pillow last night, his words rolled around in my head. And as I reached over to pat the spot in our bed where she slumbered, I agreed that I am a lucky guy. I think the thing I didn't get all these years until finding Marion late in my life is that I didn't know how important having a partner up for these outdoor adventures would be. Now I know and I am so thankful for Marion. Until next time, Good Fishing!
