There are a lot of places to be and things to do for families over the next month, and I would suggest a look at my web site and the Events for Kids calendar. From Moses Lake to Winthrop there are special events coming up that the whole family will enjoy, and they are all based around fishing. Most of them don’t require pre-registration or anything, you just show up, but for a few of them you will want to bring along some fishing gear, as all of them offer a chance to catch some fish. Some offer prizes, too. Another event that I plan to attend is the Valley Marine Boat Show in Moses Lake on Saturday, June 13th. The folks from Valley Marine will be there with a selection of both new and used boats and even if you aren’t in the market it worth a stop. This is a chance to ask their people about care and maintenance issues with boats, and to learn about new electronics. If you have ever wanted to meet me and ask questions about fishing here in Central Washington, here’s your chance. I will be at the Valley Marine Boat Show from about 10 till 3. Hope to see you there!
