By Eric Granstrom

For FishingMagician.com, I'm Eric Granstrom. How do you like your fish? Marion and I were cooking up the walleye Dad and I caught a few weeks ago after a fruitful trip to Lake Roosevelt and she asked how other people cook it. Personally, I like to do a little egg bath with smashed up Ritz crackers and fry it in some light canola oil in a pan. She suggested I take a picture of what we were doing and ask you for your favorite fish recipes. So, for those of you on our Facebook page, you can see the photo and post what your favorite recipe is. We also attended a holiday part Saturday night and brought some pretty incredible dip. I smoke up a bunch of the kokanee we caught in September on Deep Lake and shred up the meat in a bowl and simply add cream cheese and sour cream and mix. Put that on a cracker and you'll be in hog heaven! Which takes me to my basic point of today's report, let's eat! It's that time of year where we're stuck inside, putting on extra pounds, so let's share recipes. Ready? Set. Go! Until next time, Good Fishing!
