My daughter had a great time on her first walleye trip to Banks Lake. We got some dandies. Here she holds a 26- and a 24-incher that we landed that day.

Betty Stewart really enjoyed catching smallmouth bass on Banks Lake. This was her biggest one for the day, caught on a crank bait.

Neil Stewart was very eager to try a fresh walleye dinner. This was one of several he caught with me on Banks Lake in Early August.

This was my first sockeye of the season. My wife Eileen did a great job netting for us that day. Both on sockeye and the king.

This king salmon was a surprise as I was fishing for sockeye. It was quite a battle on my light tackle and it turned out to be a hatchery keeper!

Here is my cousin Greg Preston who lives in West Seattle but grew up here and comes over often. He wanted to show off this dandy sockeye from the Brewster Pool.
