This is a rainbow that I caught while fishing below Canyon Ferry Dam on the Missouri River. We visiting Ed and Karen Heim in Anaconda and they took us to one of Ed’s hot spots.

My wife Eileen shows off one of the steelhead she landed near Bridgeport. We hooked five steelhead and landed four, three of them were hatchery fish. We also got three triploids.

I got this big hatchery male at Bridgeport, fishing with a bobber and Maxi Jigs. This one was 31 inches long and I lost one even bigger! I can’t wait to get back up there again.
