By Eric Granstrom

For FishingMagician.com, I'm Eric Granstrom. I was talking to my cousin on the phone last night and he asked if I was drawn for a multiseason tag or not. I said I didn't know. He said he was notified they'd done the drawing. After checking my empty email inbox, I jumped on the Fish and Wildlife's site to check. Sure enough, the drawings were done and both me and my Dad were drawn for a multiseason deer tag. That means we'll be able to hunt from September through the end of the year using modern firearm, muzzleloader or archery. Now we just have to wait for the updated regulations to come out so we can make a plan. Dad has always told me, "As long as you have a plan, you'll be fine." This is also the time of year I really get the itch to go fishing. We're just a couple weeks away from the lowland lake opener in the state and I like to beat the crowds. The challenge is to balance some fishing trips, or as I call them the "Want-To's" with the "Have-To's" of spring cleaning around the house. Lake Chelan kokanee? Yes! Until next time, Good Fishing!
