By Eric Granstrom

For FishingMagician.com I'm Eric Granstrom. It's that time of year again. Time for the sportsman's shows. Tri-Cities was last weekend and the Washington Sportsmen's Show is next week, February 2nd through the 6th at the fairgrounds in Puyallup. Unfortunately, there won't be a Wenatchee Sportsmen's Show this year. I spoke with Amy Gustin, the owner of the Wenatchee show last summer when we learned the Super Bowl would be moved back a weekend this year to the same weekend as the Wenatchee show, and she said there's no way they were going to try to compete with that. Hopefully it's back next year. The Central Washington Sportsmen Show is the end of the month, February 25-27 at the SunDome in Yakima. The Big Horn Show in Spokane isn't until March (17-20) at the Spokane County Fair and Expo Center. And just a heads up on the Puyallup Show, you'll have to show a vaccination card or proof of a negative COVID test within 72-hours of entry for anyone 12-years old and up as per state mandate. The shows are a great time to stretch your legs and get in on some good deals. Until next time, Good Fishing!
