There haven’t been a whole lot of anglers out on the Wenatchee River with the weather we’ve been having here, but I am hearing that success has been pretty fair. The good news is that there are good numbers of hatchery being taken. I checked the launch at Monitor on Monday, and the snow and ice had completely melted off. Water clarity is pretty good, too. Everyone is planning to be indoors this weekend, because the Wenatchee Valley Sportsmen’s Show starts on Friday and runs through Sunday at the Town Toyota Center. I will be hanging out with my friends at the Bob Feil Boats and Motors booth. Right next to the booth there is going to be an area with chairs and a table and I will be doing some seminars throughout the weekend. Austin Moser, of Austin’s Northwest Adventures, will also be doing seminars here. Check the event program for the exact times and subjects of the presentations. There will be a full slate of other seminars being given by local guides at the show, too, along with the vendors and exhibitors that will fill the Town Toyota Center. I am really looking forward to the show and I hope to see you there!
