For FishingMagician.com, I'm Eric Granstrom. A few months ago when lowland lakes opened in Washington, I told you about the resurrection happening at Jameson Lake with Jack's Resort. Well, I'm happy to say the restaurant is open. This is from Ginger Merritt yesterday. "There are no words to describe how amazing the opening of the new restaurant was! What a fantastic weekend! We couldn’t have planned it better ourselves! We didn’t feel ready, but we would have never been ready in our minds, and it is fall fishing so now it’s time. We got all our permits and even had a friend donate plates so people weren’t eating on paper. Our first time in three years running a full-service restaurant and our first time in the new restaurant fully open. We luckily had great feedback on the food and the building. Our friends and family are what made this day happen! We can’t thank everyone enough who helped us pull this off, we would have never made it without everyone’s support!"
