Steelhead fishing is open on a couple of our area streams and the main stem Columbia within certain boundaries. One of the most popular methods of taking steelhead is with a bobber and jig. There are many good bank fishing locations to fish with this method and many anglers fish this way from a boat. If you have an interest in learning how to fish with a bobber and jig there are some very informative videos available through my web site at FishingMagician.com. Just to the Fishing TV Page and look under the Archives. You may have to do some searching, but there are some very good videos that will show you how to fish with a bobber and jig and some of the better spots to try it. One very popular video is found on the How To Page. How to Fish with a Bobber and Jig is a step by step description of how to gear up for steelhead fishing. This show has received some of the highest Views of all my shows, and I am sure you will find it worth watching. Also very popular is Using Plugs for Steelhead on the Fishing TV Page.
