Just in time for the peak of fishing at Rufus Woods Reservoir, Town Ford in Wenatchee will be offering a free seminar on how to have success at this popular winter fishery. The seminar will take place on Wednesday, January 20th, beginning at 6 p.m. No one spends more time on Rufus Woods than Joe Heinlen of Lake Chelan Adventures, and he will be there to tell everyone his secrets. Heilen scores in double digits every time he hits the reservoir, and he is going to detail what he uses and where he goes at the seminar. I will also be at the seminar to give folks some tips on how to rig to catch fish from shore at Rufus Woods, and to give everyone an update on where to expect success for steelhead in January and February. With record numbers of steelhead in the region, this could be the best fishing anyone has ever experienced, and I want people to get out and get them. I will also give an update on the ice fishing in our region at the seminar, too. So mark your calendars and don’t miss the free Rufus Woods fishing seminar at Town Ford on Wednesday, January 20th!
