Thanks to Dennis Beich I finally got to Coffee Pot Lake. What you see here is a 20-inch rainbow we got trolling at the top end of the lake.

I stopped by Billy Clapp Lake on my way home from Coffee Pot. The lake level is great and the fishing for walleye, trout and smallmouth bass should be too.

Coffee Pot Lake is very popular with fly fishers. It is a selective fishery rule lake, with a one fish limit, and the fish must be at least 18 inches.
