I have seen some huge rainbow taken below this spillway on Winchester Wasteway. It is above the bridge over the Wasteway on Road 8.

This the first bend below the County Park on the Wenatchee. Shelf ice is clearing off, and a float would be the way to go.

This shot was taken from the Sleepy Hollow Bridge. There was little color to the water here, but the river is very fishable.

This is the run below the Monitor Bridge to the County Park. Looks pretty good. Hope the river stays in shape for steelheaders.

Here I am inspecting the launch that is just above the Monitor Bridge. There was about six inches of snow on the road, but it was melting fast.

The first fish of the day at Rufus Woods was landed by Greg Cramer of Leavenworth. This one hit a purple Apex fished at just twelve feet on the downrigger.

Denny Rudek from Moses Lake had a great time fishing with me at Rufus Woods Reservoir recently. This is one of two nice triploids he caught while trolling near the cans.

It took Chuck Largent just 20 minutes to get these two triploid rainbow at Rufus Woods. He was trolling a purple Apex along the can line.

Here are two Lake Roosevelt trout in the frying pan. I just coat them with Panko and fry them in olive oil and butter until they turn this golden brown. Yum!

I got this triploid on a small fly fished with a Wiggle Fin Action Disc behind a small dodger. I put this rig down just 12 feet, and trolled at 1.7 up river and 2.2 downstream.
