When I called to get a room in Yakima for the Sportsman’s Show, I got the last one at one of the hotels. It reminded me that it pays to plan ahead. That’s why I am going to remind you of some upcoming events. The first one is the 31st annual Central Washington Sportsman’s Show at the Sundome in Yakima. It starts on Friday, February 14th and runs through Sunday the 16th. The doors open at one on Friday and close at seven. The show hours on Saturday are from ten till six and from ten till five on Sunday. Next up is the 7th annual Wenatchee Valley Sportsman’s Show at the Town Toyota Center in Wenatchee. The show will open on Friday, February 21st and run through Sunday the 23rd. The hours are the same as the Yakima show. Last but in no way least is the 55th annual Big Game Feed put on by the Wenatchee Sportsmen’s Association. This is the big fund raiser for this group dedicated to local fish and wildlife projects. It will be held on Saturday February 29th at the St. Joseph Catholic Church. Get your tickets early for this one, at Hooked on Toys in Wenatchee.
