By Dave Graybill

I keep telling everyone that the steelhead numbers are excellent again this year. If you haven’t been catching your share of them, better get to the annual steelhead seminar at Town Ford. Once again I have arranged to have Shane Magnuson, of Upper Columbia Guide Services there to share his secrets on catching steelhead. He will be describing the methods he uses for catching amazing numbers of fish every year on the upper Columbia and the smaller rivers in our region. He will cover fishing with a bobber and jig, drifting Corkies and other lures. I also want him to talk about which rivers to fish when and where to go for good success. There will be some door prizes and other goodies handed out, as usual. The seminar will take place at the Town Ford dealership in East Wenatchee on Wednesday, December 7th, beginning at 6 p.m. If you haven’t been to one of Shane’s steelhead seminars, you don’t want to miss this one. He really tells it all. Also, this is my last reminder about the trip to Belize in February. Better call right now to see if there is still room on the airplane!
