A big hit at the Central Washington Sportsmen's Show was the appearance of Scott and Tiffany Haugen. They did cooking demonstrations throughout the weekend. They travel the nation doing these shows like this one and others for Cabela's.

It wasn't easy, but I got Merle Shuyler, owner of the Schuyler Productions, who puts on three Sportsmen's Shows in Washington. He does one in Tri-Cities, Yakima and will be back to Wenatchee in 2016.
