I spent last weekend at the Tri-Cities Sportsmen Show at the TRAC in Pasco, and the place was packed. There were hundreds of exhibitors there this year and a great line up of seminars. This is really a good show and I expect the one that the Schuyler family does in Yakima on the weekend of February 20th will be very much worth attending. I had a great time visiting with people that tracked me down at the show and met many new angling friends. I have to mention that there was quite a buzz at the show about a youngster catching a huge walleye off the dock at Mar Don Resort. It was reported to weigh 19 pounds! Now I am getting ready to hit the road again. My first stop will be Puyallup for the Pacific Northwest Sportsman Show. This is a really big show and I will probably spend part of two days here. Then I will head for Seattle and the annual Boat Show. I want to see the people from Kingfisher and SmokerCraft. I have driven boats from these manufacturers that past couple of years. If you haven’t been to the Boat Show you won’t believe what you see. It’s a blast.
