This steelhead ran under the boat and was jumping on the opposite side, while I was leaning over trying to keep it from getting in the motor! This one of two I hooked near the bridge at Bridgeport.

Linda Anatatmula is thrilled with this triploid she caught and released at Bridgeport. She had the hot rod that day, outfishing all of the "boys", and catching the only keeper steelhead.

Josh Anantatmula was pretty proud of this triploid that we released. He enjoyed fishing with me and his grandparents and father near Bridgeport.

Coho salmon returning to the Nehalem River grow big. This one weighed over 16 pounds. Skipper Richard Robinson had one in a cooler at home that weighed just over 21 pounds.

Kevin Winters, of Leavenworth, shows off the 35-pound king he landed while fishing with Richard Robinson, also of Leavenworth. Robinson was a top guide in this area and he hasn't lost his touch.
