It looks like it is going be a very wet week for us here in Central Washington, so here are some indoor activities you could enjoy. This weekend is the annual Big Horn Outdoor Adventure Show in Spokane. This has been going on for over 50 years and has everything you would expect at a show of this nature. It does have guides and outfitters from Idaho and Montana that you don’t see at the other shows. The following weekend, on Saturday, March 25th, Youth Outdoors Unlimited has its first banquet in Yakima. It will be held at the Yakima Valley Hotel and Conference Center beginning at 4:30. This organization has had tremendous success providing hunting and fishing experiences for youth with life threatening illnesses or disabilities. They are doing a terrific job and deserve your support. You can learn more about this event and others that YOU has planned by visiting their web site at www.youthourtdoosu.com. Also, later this month is the North of Falcon meeting on salmon and steelhead seasons. It will be held on March 28th at the Chelan PUD Auditorium, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. This was well attended last year and public input was important.
