Limit catches at Park Lake on this year's opening weekend were not surprising, but the size of the trout was!

These two anglers were very happy with their catch at the 10th Annual Kids Fishing Day at Rock Island. Their grandpa helped them get their fish.

This wintery scene is what greeted anglers on the April Fools Opener. Good weather was forecast for the net weekend and I am sure hundreds will turn out.
