That great fall weather we were having sure disappeared. Here in Leavenworth it has been raining every day. As we approach winter it makes me think about being somewhere sunny, and this year I have planned to do just that. I have organized a trip to Costa Rica, leaving the ninth of January. The idea is to fish for marlin, sailfish, big roosterfish and bottom fish out of Golfito. This area is renowned for spectacular fishing and the time that we will be there we will have the very best weather conditions for off shore fishing. I have chartered two boats with top notch skippers and the very best tackle. I have even arranged for a visit to one of Costa Rica’s wildlife preserves. We will be staying in the best resort Golfito has to offer, and I can’t wait to have my catch prepared in their kitchen and served for dinner. Fishing in Costa Rica has been on my To Do List for many years and this year we are going to do it. If you would like to come along there is still space available.
