I have had this knife from Coast now for months, and have used it almost daily.  I find it handy for a wide range of uses, from cutting small monofilament to heavy rope.  It is still as sharp as a razor.  I have asked many of friends for their opinions about the knife and they are all positive.  One mentioned that he prefers a knife with a hole in the end for a loop of leather, and was pleased to find one on closer inspection.  They all liked the ease of opening this knife, and I have found it to easiest to close of the several “single-handed” openers that I have.  My friends all liked the size of the knife for easy handling and also the handle is very no slip.  It is light and simple and I can see that this model of Coast knife would last for years.  To learn more about this knife and others made by Coast, log onto www.coastportland.com.
