I was in serious need of a new pair of waders and a friend recommended I try Aquaz. I have been able to give them a serious try this late fall, wading the Methow and floating the Yakima. A couple of things really stood out with me. One was the comfortable fit, especially I the feet. I was also very impressed with how comfortable I was in the waders during fairly extreme temperature changes. Both of the days I was on the rivers the mornings were very cold, but then the weather turned warm. I remained dry throughout the day and never got the urge to peel them off. These waders have many features that my last pair of waders didn’t have, even though price tag on my old ones was much higher. I have the Trinity model and really appreciate the extra large double knee guards, and the gravel guards built into them. Something I had never seen before was a back support belt. Very cool. The waders are made of a four-layer that makes the waders durable, waterproof and breathable. I was unfamiliar with Aquaz as a company, but learned they have been around since 1986 making everything from dry suits, wet suits, diving bags and a whole lot of other products for the diving, fishing and extreme sports industries. Their products are distributed in over 30 countries. I am very pleased with my Aquaz chest waders and suggest that you check them out before you purchase your next pair.
